New Tai Chi/Qigong classes starting at My Studio on Saturday, January 2nd. Located above the hardware store at 3909 Cuming Street, Omaha NE 68131.
These classes will have rotating instructors and will be free will offering. Saturdays from 12:00-12:45pm and Tuesdays 5:30-6:15pm. Drop in anytime. Below is a picture of the beautiful studio.
